Our solution process begins with a discussion.
We document this discussion and begin our three step process.
Step 1 – Discussion document
The Discussion document is a structured document which leads the customer to uncover the primary purpose of the project along with ancillary and various effects of the stated primacy. This is not a technical nor design document, it is a simple relating of the purpose. A “story” if you will.
Step 2 – Scope of Work document
The Scope document or SOW is the second part of the development process. This is another structured document which details business rules, timelines, investment summary and scope responsibilities.
Step 3 – Software Requirements
At this step, we are actively programming. Agile allows for changes in deliverables but if we do our job in the discussion and scope documents, minimal or more likely no changes will be necessary.
Each step is designed to guarantee accuracy and put your solution in place, on budget and on time!
